Once you're indexed in Google, you need to find sites with good Google page rank that will link to your site. There are many sites that will sell you links, and many more SEO sites that will promise many links for a fee. They tell you that their links are all one way incoming links with a high page rank. Out of 200 or so links, you will find that the vast majority of these links don't even have a page rank assigned by Google. These 3 way links are NOT one way incoming links.
