There is a price to be paid in this industry. If you're willing to pay that price your future just became very bright in network marketing. You have what it takes already inside of you, but we sometimes let our own fears block us from achieving greatness.

Prospecting and recruiting is an emotional event. Fear is the dominant emotion in this area of our business. When you really narrow it down, it's all about the psychology of leadership.

It seems that some people can sponsor new distributors without any effort at all. There are others that struggle for long periods of time and never sponsor anyone.

Having the perfect script and what you say to people, has no effect on sponsoring, prospecting and recruiting success. It's not even about having the exact rebuttal to an objection.

This may sound backwards, but the goal is not to SELL people on your product or opportunity. When you try and sell in this industry, a big problem arises. Especially when it concerns your business opportunity.
